SupraFolio · 10-Q and 10-K software for Windows
Every number footed.Every word of the narrative left to you.
SupraFolio turns a trial balance into the financial statements, the notes and the Form 10-Q or 10-K, and then into the EDGAR package with Inline XBRL, validated with the SEC's own rules before you file. It runs on your own PC. Nothing is uploaded, no account is needed, and no AI is involved.

What it sets up
The mechanical half of a filing.
Statements that foot
Balance sheet, income statement, equity and cash flows, earnings per share, computed exactly and rounded so every column foots. Each adjustment is recorded.
Notes from the numbers
The tables the trial balance can support: receivables, property, debt, leases, taxes, equity, EPS, supplemental cash flow. Narrative is left as a marked fill-in, never guessed.
Consolidation
One trial balance per entity, an elimination journal, a consolidation worksheet, and intercompany balances that must net to zero.
The form itself
Form 10-Q or 10-K in your house style: cover page, every Part and Item in order, signatures, exhibit index, certifications as fill-ins.
The EDGAR package
EDGAR HTML, Inline XBRL with the current US GAAP, DEI, ECD and CYD taxonomies, the extension taxonomy and the exhibits, read back from the finished Word document.
Validated before you file
The SEC's EDGAR Filer Manual rules and the DQC rules run on your PC, offline, and report zero errors or exactly what is wrong.
Checks first
Balanced trial balances, pre-closing activity, cash flow tie-out, equity roll-forward, complete mapping: nothing is assembled until the checks pass.
An audit trail
Every mapping, build, check and lock is logged with the user and the time; the audit binder ties every number to its accounts, for your auditors and your internal controls.
What it never does
Yours to decide.
SupraFolio never decides an accounting treatment, a classification or a disclosure, and never writes the narrative. Every account is mapped to a line you confirm; nothing unconfirmed reaches a statement. Everything it produces must be reviewed before filing by the company's management and its advisers, including its independent registered public accounting firm and securities counsel where applicable.
It never submits to EDGAR, never stores EDGAR credentials, never connects to an accounting system, and never sends a file anywhere.
How a filing goes
From the trial balance to the accession number.
- Tell it who the company is, once. Name, CIK, file number, officers, auditor, filer status, the securities table, the entities when consolidating.
- Drop in the trial balances. One export per period the form needs (SupraFolio lists them), one per entity, as Excel or CSV.
- Map accounts to reporting lines, once. Suggestions from number ranges and names; the choice and the confirmation stay with you. The mapping carries to every later filing.
- Answer what a trial balance cannot tell. Cover questions, share counts, exhibits, Item 1C, trading arrangements, Item 10.
- Build. The checks run, the statements and notes are computed, and the form is assembled in Word with every fill-in marked.
- Finish it in Word. The company writes what only it can write; the Inline XBRL tags stay with the text.
- Build the EDGAR package and validate it offline. Attach the files in EDGAR Filer Manager yourself, or hand them to your filing agent.
- Record the accession number. The filing locks with every file's checksum; the next period starts from it.
Runs on your computer
No cloud.
Nothing waits on a server
The engine, the taxonomies and the validator are all on your PC. Up to 30 days offline at a time.
Online only for the license
The one connection SupraFolio makes is the license check. It sends the product name, the app version, a one-way computer code and, once entered, your key. Never a file, a number, a company name.
One quiet check
We're only checking that your license is legitimate and that's it. Read the privacy policy.

Questions
What preparers ask first.
- Which forms does it do?
- Form 10-Q and Form 10-K, including consolidation of several entities. Form S-1 is in development. Amendments, 8-K, proxy statements and foreign private issuer forms are not covered.
- Does it use AI?
- No. The numbers come from arithmetic on your trial balance, the words from the form's own text and your own fill-ins. Nothing is sent to an AI service.
- Can our auditor use it to prepare our statements?
- No. SupraFolio is a preparer's tool for the company and its own staff and consultants. A company's independent auditor must not use it to prepare that client's financial statements: the SEC's auditor independence rules prohibit an auditor from preparing a client's financial statements, and the license agreement says so.
- Is what it produces ready to file?
- Not until the company's management and its advisers have reviewed it. SupraFolio makes the numbers foot and the package valid; it does not decide accounting treatments or disclosures, and Rabbit Hole Technologies is not your accountant, auditor or lawyer.
- Does it file for us?
- No. It builds and validates the EDGAR package; you or your filing agent submit it through EDGAR and record the accession number afterwards.
- What does the license check send?
- The product name, the app version, a one-way code for the computer and, once entered, the license key, plus which Remove option was chosen when you move the license. Never a document, a number, a company name or a file name.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- SupraFolio stops making new documents until a key is entered. Every file stays, nothing is deleted, and everything already built still opens.
- Can I use it on more than one computer?
- Two at a time with one key. Remove this computer on the one you are leaving, or Remove other computers from the new one. Up to three moves a year free the place at once.
- Where are my files?
- In Documents\SupraFolio, one folder per company and per filing, as plain files you can read. SupraFolio uploads nothing; a folder on OneDrive or a network share follows that service's own settings.
- How is it priced?
- One license per company you file for (one registrant, with its subsidiaries when consolidating). The first company is $3,995 and each additional company is $2,995, bought once, plus sales tax where it applies. Each license includes the first year of updates.
- How do updates work?
- Updates come through the Microsoft Store and are included for the first year. After that, the update plan is $495 a year per company. Taxonomies, form profiles and the validator ship as data in those updates, and every output records the versions it used. If you stop the plan, you keep using the last version released while it was active, and you can renew later.
