Write to admin@rabbithole-technologies.com. Tell us your SupraFolio version and what you were doing. Please never send a trial balance, a filing or any company's files: we do not need them, and if one reaches us we do not open it and we delete it.

The trial

The 30-day free trial starts the first time SupraFolio runs with an internet connection. No account, no card. One trial per computer. The fictional sample company lets you build a 10-Q and a 10-K on day one.

When the trial ends, SupraFolio stops making new documents until a key is entered. Every file stays, nothing is deleted, and everything already built still opens.

Buying and entering a key

  1. Buy your license on the product page. The key arrives by email from us.
  2. In SupraFolio, open License.
  3. Paste the key and choose Activate this computer.

Activating needs an internet connection.

A lost key

Write to us from the email address you bought with, and we will resend your key.

Moving to another computer

One key works on two computers at a time.

  • On the computer you are leaving: License → Remove this computer.
  • Or, from the new computer: License → Remove other computers.

Up to three moves a year free the place at once.

Working offline

SupraFolio works offline for up to 30 days between license checks. To confirm the license sooner, connect to the internet and choose Confirm with the server now in the License window.

Where your files are

In Documents\SupraFolio, one folder per company and per filing, as plain files you can read. Uninstalling SupraFolio leaves this folder in place. SupraFolio uploads nothing; a folder on OneDrive or a network share follows that service's own settings.

Pricing and updates

One license per company you file for: $3,995 for the first company and $2,995 for each additional company, bought once, plus sales tax where it applies. Each license includes the first year of updates; after that, the update plan is $495 a year per company.

Updates come through the Microsoft Store. Taxonomies, form profiles and the validator ship as data in those updates, and every output records the versions it used. If you stop the update plan, you keep using the last version released while it was active, and you can renew later.

System requirements

Windows 10 version 2004 or later, or Windows 11, 64-bit, on an Intel or AMD (x64) PC. Arm and Snapdragon PCs are not supported. See the full requirements.

Privacy requests

To have your license records deleted, write to admin@rabbithole-technologies.com from the address you bought with. A trial-only user sends the computer code shown in the License window. See the Privacy Policy.

What support cannot do

Rabbit Hole Technologies is not your accountant, auditor or lawyer. We help with the software; we cannot advise on an accounting treatment, a classification, a disclosure or a filing.
